Is there a free tier?

Yes. The Envloped Free plan includes 4,000 emails per month with a 200-per-day hard cap, one team member, one custom domain, 1-day analytics retention, and full access to the REST API, webhooks, and MCP server. No credit card is required to start.

How does overage pricing work on Pro and Scale?

Pro ($20/month) and Scale ($90/month) each include 50,000 emails per billing period. Any additional emails are billed at $1.00 per 1,000 sent, metered hourly and added to your next invoice. There is no hard cap — your sending will not be paused if you go over.

What is the difference between Pro and Scale?

Pro is for small teams: up to 5 members, 5 custom domains, and 7-day analytics retention. Scale is for production workloads: unlimited team members and domains, 30-day analytics retention, and priority support with same-business-day response times. Both plans include the same 50,000 emails + $1/1K metered overage.

Do you offer Enterprise plans?

Yes. Enterprise plans include custom volume pricing, dedicated support with SLA, SSO/SAML, audit logs, and onboarding assistance. Contact support@envloped.com to discuss your requirements.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Are all features available on every plan?

Yes — every plan, including Free, includes the REST API, MCP server, CLI, JavaScript and Go SDKs, webhooks (delivery, bounce, complaint, open), and analytics. Plans differ only in volume limits, retention windows, team/domain quotas, and support levels.
